ARGO Sweets had strong manufacturing know-how, but a fragmented mix of lollies and candy brands with no shared identity. To compete with global players, we built a new strategic positioning around fruit juice-enhanced recipes and intense flavour, captured in the promise: “Taste the Fruity WOW!”

We created SKILLZ as a bold umbrella brand with a distinctive square fruit logo, hand-crafted wordmark and high-energy, fruit-driven colour system. A strong white frame and vibrant yellow brand accent cut through on shelf, while variant colours clearly code flavours and ensure instant recognition across the range.

SiebertHead also designed a new portfolio architecture, unifying lollies and candies and introducing scalable sub-brands such as DUO, Bottles, Vitamin Shot and Vitamins ACE. The result is a clear, flexible and growth-ready brand system that transforms a fragmented assortment into SKILLZ – a cohesive, future-proof confectionery brand built to stand out.
